Biafra again?

Kanu’s detention will ruin Nigeria - Prophet Nwoko

*Says the detention of Kanu for no just cause will continue to halt Nigeria until he is released and apology tendered to him!

Prophet Anthony Nwoko has warned President Muhammadu Buhari that the continued detention of the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), and director of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, will spell doom for Nigeria.
Nwoko, speaking with news in Enugu said so many strange things have occurred in Nigeria since Kanu was arrested and detained, reports Vanguard.
He said the detention of Nnamdi Kanu for no just cause will continue to halt Nigeria until he is released and apology tendered to him.
I told Buhari to release Kanu in 2015 otherwise Heaven will strike Nigeria but in his recalcitrant way, Buhari ignored the message,” the prophet said.
“Today Naira sinks to all time low, trading N500 to a dollar; plagues, locusts, guinea birds invades Nigeria from Niger Republic causing food scarcity and hunger; Nigeria economy slips into recession.
“UN recently said that Nigeria was on the brink of famine; hunger, hardship, and multiple earthquakes will hit Nigeria. Jerry Gana had seen the handwriting on the wall and urged Buhari to release Kanu to end Nigeria’s problems”, Prophet Nwoko noted.
The cleric ascribed the current challenges the country was going through to the refusal of former president Goodluck Jonathan to fulfil God’s mandate which is to usher in the messiah from the southeast to save the country.
Meanwhile IPOB says no ploy by the APC, led government of President Muhammadu Buhari will make it not to appear to defend itself in the Community Court of Justice.
The pro Biafra group In a statement titled ‘APC Government can run but cannot hide from the law’ signed by its Media and Publicity Secretary, Mr Emma Powerful said: “ He who brings home ants-ridden faggots must be ready for the visit of lizards”.
IPOB alleged that “one of the reasons APC led Nigerian government is running away from the case is because they earlier thought they can intimidate the Judges like they did when the matter first came up, but have found out that the Judges are men of honour.”
